- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 glasses of water
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup wheat starch

- Almonds (Roasted)
- passion fruit
- Fresh mint
How to Make Water Custard?
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when it boils and thickens.
- Divide evenly into soaked bowls. When it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
- Turn the bowls upside down and put the pudding on the serving plates. Serve cold, drizzle with honey and add almonds, passion fruit and fresh mint.
