- 4 tablespoons of einkorn/buckwheat flour (can be tried with a different flour)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 clove of minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to Make Pumpkin Feta Cheese Pancakes
- Grate the zucchini and put it in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and wait 30 minutes.
- Squeeze the water thoroughly and mix well with white cheese, any kind of flour you want, eggs, parsley, garlic and chili peppers.
- Add extra salt and/or pepper to taste.
- Add olive oil to a pan and bring to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes from front to back until golden-brown.
