Zucchini Gratin Recipe with Béchamel Sauce
Peel the zucchini and cut them in half. We boil it in the pot, checking it constantly. (Boil a small amount, it may break) In a bowl, mix the cheeses, chopped dill, peeled and diced tomatoes, egg and spices. After the boiled zucchini cools down a bit, we remove the inner cores and place them in an ovenproof bowl. We put the stuffing on our pumpkins. Drizzle some olive oil on it. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and fry. Then we add the milk slowly without clumping and mix until it boils. Add some salt and pepper when taking it from the stove. Pour our bechamel sauce over the zucchini and garnish with dill. You can serve it with mashed potatoes if you wish. Enjoy your meal:)
